Nick decided as the year began that he was going to start running again. He has been doing a GREAT job. He has been so dedicated to his training and going on a run about 5 days per week. I am so amazed at how much more energy he has. It has been AWESOME watching him feel good about his accomplishments each week.
Here he is the morning of his 5k. Nate and I went to Landa Park to cheer him on! It was so much fun. Nate is sporting the Deer Creek Camp shirt. (Nate can't wait to go to DCC). He was so excited to cross that finish line. It was inspiring to us and I think to him also. He is more motivated and hopes to build up to a 10K. The exciting news is that Nick placed 4th in his age bracket. We are so PROUD of YOU!!! We can't wait to watch his next race :)

Nick's 5K
Nick ran a 5K this weekend :)
